The Controller is responsible for the overall financial management of the company. This includes preparing financial statements, managing the budget, and overseeing all accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GAAP, financial statement analysis, and corporate audits. They will also have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Manage the budget and ensure that it is in line with company goals
• Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management
• Oversee the implementation of new accounting systems and procedures
• Managing and coordinating annual corporate audits in US and the globe
• Managing corporate tax compliance requirements for US and foreign entities
• Work with external auditors to ensure that the company's financial statements are accurate and compliant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• CPA or CMA certification
• 7-10 years of experience in financial management
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in ERP 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
